ABOUT US...

GIA is an association of interns working in International Organisations and NGOs in Geneva. Our three main aims are to improve:
  • The Professional Welfare of Interns (e.g.campaigning to improve working conditions, seeking fair remuneration and diversifying the accessibility of internship programmes)
  • Life Beyond Work (e.g. improving interns’ social events: UN Drinks and UN Lunches)
  • Continuity and a Lasting Institution (having a formal association will help passing experience and information from one generation of interns to the next)
