PTAC's: Hidden Treasure In Plain Sight

As Gloria has been logging thousands of miles across the US the past couple months and meeting many of you along the way, it has reminded us here at TargetGov what treasures are held within your local Procurement and Technical Assistance Centers (PTAC's).  We work so often with PTAC's around the country that we take for granted that others know the value of these organizations like we do.

From Columbia, SC to Eureka, Redding, and Sacramento, CA to Moline, IL- your PTAC's are hard at work providing on the ground support, training, and resources that are invaluable to your organization. These centers are your tax dollars at work and the staff there are excited to work with you.

The Association for Procurement and Technical Assistance Centers (APTAC) is your one stop answer center if you are just venturing into contracting, want to make local connections, or need contracting assistance. Their website is http://www.aptac-us.org

It is also often a requirement in many government registration processes.
