NCMA Small Business Virtual Conference

Thursday, January 22, 2015
12:00 —4:00 p.m. EST

Increasing opportunities, participation, and program success in small business contracting is a priority for our nation, as well as government program and contract managers, large prime contractors, and small businesses themselves.

However, general improvement in these areas remains elusive. Join NCMA’s virtual event focused exclusively on how to improve both performance and outcomes in receiving, awarding, and managing contracts with small businesses. You will gain a wealth of information geared to both the buyer and seller perspectives.

This program serves industry, prime, and subcontracting managers; small business specialists; business development or marketing managers; and others involved with developing and awarding small business contracts.

Billion Dollar Proposal Graphics Class

Responding to federal RFPs can be a high-stakes gamble, as average proposal costs have risen nearly 50% in just three years. So how do you increase your odds, differentiate your company and make your proposal stand out as the best solution? How do you quickly and clearly communicate complex information and concepts so evaluators understand and distinguish your unique value?  Get visual! In today’s market, qualified companies who do not communicate with compelling graphics frequently lose out to vendors who do.

This unique hands-on class trains people who have no graphics background, to create visually communicative graphics without using expensive, complicated software. You will learn to deploy techniques and strategies using PowerPoint and other readily available programs to graphically enhance your next proposal, presentation, sales/marketing effort or seminar to drive visual readers to quicker affirming decisions.

The Billion Dollar Proposal & Presentation Graphics class is so named because the graphics created by the instructor have been used by large and small businesses to win billions in government contracts. No design aptitude is necessary.
