Endomondo's MOVE Week challenge is back!

Every new year presents us with new challenges, and one of the world’s most popular fitness tracking apps, Endomondo, is a specialist when it comes to challenging people to MOVE. So ISCA is happy to announce that Endomondo will once again add a MOVE Week challenge to its repertoire this year.
Last year 35,000 Endomondo users joined in the first MOVE Week challenge and tracked their running, walking and cycling activity as part of a friendly competition against users in other countries. The result was 96,000 workouts and 901,580 kilometres tracked in total, which was equivalent to travelling to the moon and back three times.

This year the challenge is the same: burn the most calories and help your country claim victory, or be the victor yourself! Of course, there are prizes to be won: 1 action camera and sports gear for 10 runners up.

So get ready to challenge yourself with Endomondo and MOVE Week!

New EU Commissioner and MEPs show their MOVEs

The Danish Minister for Economic Affairs and the Interior, Margrethe Vestager, resigned earlier this month because she has been been appointed Denmark’s new EU Commissioner. As Minister it is custom to hand in your resignation to the Queen, and what did Mrs. Vestager do? She rode her bike to the Royal Castle, Amalienborg, instead of taking the ministerial car. That’s her move.

Stay tuned to find out which MEPs showed their MOVE in European Parliament this week. Here's a preview...
