Special edition newsletter: In this special edition ISCA newsletter, we present several opportunities to get involved in the grassroots sport sector - by voting for your favourite initiatives, piloting one of your own, or by volunteering in Denmark or Bulgaria.

Vote for your favourite MOVEment Space

Our jury of experts in active urban spaces has shortlisted 12 partnerships that have transformed urban spaces into active spaces. Now is your chance to vote for your favourite!

The 2018 ISCA Awards for Movement Spaces will present four awards. Three of the award winners are being selected by our panel of experts as we write, but the people's choice award will be selected by you in the survey here!

The voting is happening now and closes soon. We will announce all winners at the ISCA Awards ceremony in Paris on 23 November.

ISCA and partners are now developing the Grassroots Sport Diplomacy concept under and Erasmus+ Sport project that is all about seeing the power of international grassroots sport from a new perspective. Now we want to test this concept in 7 pilot actions. We have identified 6 pilot actions already – so we invite you to be the 7th and secure €5000 in support for your action.

Send your expression of interest by 23:59 CET Wednesday 10 October.

What is Grassroots Sport Diplomacy?

The relationship between diplomacy and grassroots sport is a subject that is largely unexplored, which is why we are working to define and present examples of Grassroots Sport Diplomacy together with our project partners. Now we present a new report that aims to map and define this new niche in sport.
