Hello High Point + Welcome to Church!

Hello everyone and thanks for welcoming us into your home again this week. We hope that you had a great week and that you have sensed the presence of God with you.

We missed you the last two weeks due to our holidays, but we are glad to be back home now, and to worship together again.

While we already gathered in our parking lot for an in-peron service this morning, we are happy to share the service again with you, so that you can worship 'with us' from the safety of your own space. We pray that this will be a meaningful time of connection with the Lord.

If you are new to High Point and just tuning in for the first time, welcome! We are glad that you have joined us and we pray that God will speak to you through our service. Simply follow along through the format below, clicking the links as you go.
Call to Worship

Read Psalm 107 verses 1-9

Spend a few moments in prayer thanking God for all he has done. Thank him for His steadfast love, for his wondrous works, and for the way that he satisfies the longings of our soul.
Sing "Hosanna"

As you listen to the lyrics + sing along, may the words of this song be the prayer of your heart. Welcome Jesus into your place of worship and ask Him to have His way among you as you spend time with Him.
Sing "Revelation Song"

As you listen to the lyrics + sing along, reflect on the might and majesty of our God. This awesome God, seated on His throne, is the God that we worship today. Picture yourself standing before Him in His throne room, and let this picture humble you and move you to worship.
Listen to Lt. Kassie's Sermon: "Thirsty?" based on Psalm 42 and John 4
Reflection: Listen to "All Who Are Thirsty"

After you have listened to the sermon, take a moment to listen to this song and reflect on the words. Ask Jesus to come into your life and to quench the thirst that you feel.
Sing "Stand in Your Love"

As you get ready to wrap up your time of worship, sing along to this song and claim the promise that "perfect love drives out fear". No matter what we have to face in the coming days, we know that we don't have to be afraid because God's love will always go with us.

We would love to lift that up to the Father on your behalf!

Read Isaiah 58:11 as your benediction today. May you be reminded of God's love and guidance this week, and may he satisfy the desires - or thirsts- of your soul.
