posted by Dan Tiernan, COO, Campbell Property Management, May 12, 2014
The idea of a $500,000+ concrete restoration project may sound daunting to a new, or experienced board member. These projects are well known for running over, for a lot of reasons. June Tips

Keith's Corner: Preparing Your Trees for Hurricane Season
With hurricane season finally here, it's time to start prepping your trees for potential storms. During hurricane season, which begins on June 1, it is common for tree damage to occur. However, there are ways to prepare your landscape in case a storm hits. Pruning your trees correctly will allow them to develop a strong framework for branches to grow. Properly pruning your trees will allow for air to flow freely through the tree branches. Additionally, make sure to select trees that have strong root systems and are wind resistant, such as palm trees. Always plant new trees away from all utilities and buildings. And, make sure to trim any trees back that could cause damage if a hurricane were to hit.

As always, remember to install your sod green side up!
