May Tips

Keith's Corner: Keep an eye out for harmful insects
With the warmth of summer comes an increase in pests. Insects become more active in the warm summer months, so make sure to monitor your plants and lawn to check for signs of pest problems before they get out of control. For palms, keep an eye out for yellowing of new growth, which may indicate a micro-nutrient deficiency. Applying a fertilizer should solve the issue. Also, make sure to adjust your irrigation in preparation for the rainy season.

As always, remember to install your sod green side up!
