November Tips

Keith's Corner: Preparing Your Yard for Cooler Temperatures
When the air becomes cooler and your grass grows more slowly, you may think your work is over for the season. However, fall is one of the most important times for lawn care. Preparing your lawn now will give it a healthier start when it begins to grow again in the spring. Fall is the best time to fertilize. It is also the best time to use a herbicide to treat weed problems. Treating your weed problem in the fall will ensure a dramatic decrease in the amount of weeds that show up in spring.

As always, remember to install your sod green side up!
