Dear friends, Did you know that doctors have discovered an effective formula against COVID-19.

We receive a continuous stream of emails requesting to know if there is anything we can recommend to protect ourselves from
COVID-19. Where can we turn for credible information?



The COVID -19 attack on us continues unabated. What can we do to prevent the bodies from piling up in our hospitals?
 

The good news is that we are not totally helpless. We propose a three pronged approach which will confront this invisible enemy that attacks humanity globally.

1. Measures for self-protection
The government guidelines to prevent further spread are well known to us: wear a mask, wash your hands and keep social distance. Yet, the attack on us continues relentlessly.
 
2. Eating foods that fight infection
Big pharma is chiefly interested in the vaccine option and  precious little is found in the media about our ability to fight back with natural substances found in food. Yes, food that is packed with vitamins and minerals in order to fight infections has to be our first line of defence. Our immune system needs this kind of food to work at optimal efficiency.
Here are some foods known to fight infection:
Garlic – antimicrobial, antifungal and antiviral
Cabbage – antibacterial
Turmeric antiseptic and inflammatory
Ginger- antibiotic
Yoghurt antibacterial
Honey – antibiotic and antifungal
Coconut – antimicrobial
Lemon – antibacterial
Pineapple – antibacterial
Onion – antibiotic and antiseptic
Echinacea – strengthens the immune system
Carrot – antioxidant
Berries – antioxidant




3. The success formula of nutrient rich supplements 
Unfortunately it’s virtually impossible to eat the quantities of food you would need in order to get optimal levels of protection against
COVID-19. Therefore, you need to take adequate nutritional supplements. The most useful article recommending what kinds of supplements to take was uncovered by Ray Van Eenooghe in an article titled: Nutrition to Treat and Prevent COVID-19 by Orthomolecular Medicine News, January 17, 2021. (Doctor Y, Andrew W. Saul, and Robert G. Smith). The article shows abundant evidence to support two conclusions:

 "It has been clearly shown over decades that several essential nutrients, including vitamin C, vitamin D, magnesium, zinc, and selenium, have anti-viral properties. "

"Adequate nutrition has been shown in a variety of epidemiological studies to effectively prevent viral infection, including
COVID-19."

I am delighted to share with you the most effective nutritional up-to-date formula against
COVID-19. Here it is:


Vitamin C, 1000 mg (or more) 3 times daily
Vitamin D, 5,000 IU/day
Magnesium 400 mg/d (in malate, citrate, chelate, or chloride form)
Zinc, 20 mg/d
Selenium 100 mcg/d
   


Please note: inadequate doses have little effect. Dosage recommendations here have been used for many years and are known to be safe.
