I didn't have enough milk to make cream this morning so there will be no cream for the Monday pickup. I might possibly have some by Wednesday but we will see on that. Sorry to disappoint! Should be back to normal next week.
There is plenty of milk in the bulk tank however.
In other news our best jersey cow Maple had her calf a couple weeks ago. She is milking really well and you may have noticed that the milk is much creamier, both in color and cream! That is thanks to Maple.
