We're ready to kick of the raw milk next week. Pickup days will be limited to Mondays, Wednesdays, and Saturdays.
Monday is filled up for now but there are slots available for the Wednesday and Saturday pickups. Let me know what day works best for you!
You will need to provide your own Jars. I recommend the half gallon canning jars. I may have some available for purchase at the milkhouse if you cant' find any.
Again, we are running this as a Monthly raw milk subscription or CSA. The subscription is monthly but the price is based on $8 per gallon.

Milk will be somewhat limited starting out. I'm waiting for my best cow to freshen (have her calf) and that should be happening by the end of the month. Also, because it got so dry in August, we took a break from grazing the milk cows to let the pastures regrow. With almost 6 inches of rain since the beginning of the month the pastures are really taking of and I think there will be enough pasture to graze from October thru mid November. For now the cows are getting some quality hay while the pastures rest and recover.
