I dreamed a dream

of Music Education

Mamma Mia! It's the July 2018 edition of the Yorkshire Youth & Music bulletin!

Welcome, folks, to a some(what) enchanted evening and a decidedly musical AND theatrical (and a bit filmic) bulletin, in celebration of the release of Mamma Mia! Here We Go Again...

Yes, we are basing this month's theme on a theatrical film release. We remain un-apologetically unashamed. Don't rain on our parade.

Don't hold on to your news - let it go and send it our way via facebook, twitter or

Recently, Gail gave a presentation on the subject to her colleagues and lecturers on the Psychology of Music course.

The Singing & Signing Space
In honour of our continuing work with Deaf and Hearing Impaired (DHI) children, we are sharing our resources with you for FREE, one per month for the next 12 months, in our Singing & Signing Space.

This month, we've got the fifth instalment of our resource videos for singing and signing with YOUR choir or in YOUR school...

In line with our theme of the month, here are not one but TWO videos of the classic musical hit, 'Any Dream Will Do'. There is both a fast version and a slow version on our YouTube channel, signed again by our fantastic facilitator, Paul Whittaker OBE.
