Punching 2015 in the Face!

Our hiatus is over and we've had some great shows so far!

Three episodes into 2015 and we've had some great shows already. In episode 162, Jeeg hosted our 2015 "Nerdstradamus" episode where we predicted such things as Netflix getting purchased, a Big Bang Theory spin-off, Val Kilmer's future, and a series of over/unders about Star Wars: Episode VII.

Episode 163 has been proclaimed by some to be our "funniest episode ever." Matt Ringler from Schlock Treatment makes a return and so does the character of Ned N. Lurch. Together, the cast concocts the "Worst. TV Show. Ever."

And our newest show might be our craziest ever. Our show is taken over by the "Fourth Chair Army of Doom!" What does that mean? You'll have to listen to find out!

We're not stopping there. Our next episodes planned are sure to be fun ones, too, as we have Jon Cross from After Movie Diner, Nick from Dude Foods and Jess from Burger Mary all scheduled to return. Be sure your iTunes, Stitcher or other podcast listening apps are tuned our way!

The Age of Ultron is upon us and Nerd Lunch as teamed up with To the Escape Hatch and The Cavalcade of Awesome to do a series of blog posts reviewing Phase 2 of the Marvel Cinematic Universe.

We've kicked things off looking at Iron Man 3. You can also look back at our first countdown in 2012. (WOW! Three years ago!)

Bringing Up the Next Generation of Nerds

From Nerd Lunch's very own CT and frequent Fourth Chair guest Michael May, comes a brand new podcast about bringing up the next generation of nerds. CT and Michael welcome CT's daughter Annaliese and Michael's son David on the show as co-hosts and they expose all the dumb nerdy stuff they love to their kids and then talk about their reaction.

The first episode looks at the 1980 Flash Gordon movie and Monty Python and the Holy Grail.

Available on iTunes, Stitcher and on the website.

The Nerds are hitting the road!

CT, Jeeg and Pax will be attending the 2015 C2E2 in Chicago and we'd love to see you if you'll be there. Reach out to us and tell us you want to meet up with us. Pretty sure our schedule will be quite clear.

Frequent guest Jon Cross has a new album out. Catch Up or Don't, See If I Care is 16 folk songs written and performed by the proprietor of the After Movie Diner. Check it out!
