Welcome
Welcome to our first Eagle Point Caravan Park Newsletter.
It is our aim to send it quarterly, to keep everyone up to date and informed.
If you would like to know about certain issues please send us your suggestions.

Staff Update

We would like to introduce all of our staff, who you may see around the park from time to time.
We are here to make your stay with us relaxing so say hi and let us know if we can do anything to make your stay more enjoyable.

 

Katie Harris - Park Supervisor.

Dane Harris - Maintenance Officer.

Khloe Moxham - Park Administration Officer.

Kylie Lucas - Park Administration Officer.

Jeff Bonavia - Maintenance Officer.

With recent introduction of two new team members;

Sam Abraham who has joined the Administration team

Mark Prince who is now our Amenities Officer.

You will see a lot more of Sam in the coming weeks as our lovely Kylie leaves for maternity leave at the end of March

Safety Matters
Please help us to keep your Children Safe by reminding them to wear their helmets when riding their bikes, scooters, skateboards, hover boards or anything movable.

A friendly reminder to all motorist within the park, we have a speed limit of 8km P/H on all internal roads within the park grounds, entry and exit to the park is marked at 20km P/H. Please be vigilant of any campers or children that may be around the next corner. SPEEDING KILLS

Over the Christmas and Easter periods the park has contracted a licensed security guard to patrol the park ground during the night. This has been done to insure all park guests safety

We would like to remind everyone that the park has "QUITE TIME" in place during the hours of 10pm to 8am. This is due to courtesy of others within the park and we request noise be kept to a minimum during these times. 

FAQ you say? Yes we get asked the same question quite few times so we have put together a F.A.Q section to help make your stay a bit more of an enjoyable one.

What do I/We need to do if I/We would like to do work on my/our Annual Van/ Annex?

As a first port of call please arrange to talk to the Park Supervisor Katie. She will explain exactly what application and processes (if any) that you need to fill out or follow.

It is a requirement in your 12 month agreement that any works must have pre approval from the East Gippsland Shire Council before they commence.

Are pets welcome in the park?

Pets are more than welcome on our camping sites, however they are strictly forbidden to enter any facility, building, cabin or pool area with in the park, and must be kept on a leash at all times(No free running).

Dog faeces must be cleaned up and placed in bins provided around the park.

Outdoor Movie Night                                                   


Come and enjoy the fun with the team at Eagle Point
On Easter Sunday we will be holding our very first Outdoor Movie Night!!!!!
A kid friendly movie will be shown just on dark.
Popcorn, fairy floss and drinks will be available to purchase on the night.
So grab a pillow and Sleeping bag get your spot on the lawn and enjoy what Easter has to offer.

Site Appearance
 
To ensure your sites can be mowed and snipped we ask that you  work with us to keep your sites tidy and safe.
This includes removal of all loose items around and behind sites. ( Push bikes, fire pots, loose timber.)
It is a CFA requirement to have walkways clear in case of an emergency.
Improvements to the Park

As some of you may be aware we are currently replacing power heads and sewer pits in the Park.
This will be an ongoing process, focussing on one section at a time
