Where did Summer Go?

Greetings Good People!

Well, here we are at Labor Day and beyond. We still have time to barbecue a few more times and catch the last rays of summer.
We hope you've made the most of the sunny season and are now ready to push ahead into Autumn with a renewed sense of purpose!

We spent so much of the last two months on the road and have lots of great stories to savor in the colder months to come.
Thanks to all of you who have made this summer so very special.

Big News on the Resurrection Day

It's's mastered...the artwork is set... it's done... produced... FIN!
Our long overdue CD will be released by Appleseed Recordings on October 30th!
So get ready to hear what we believe to be our best CD to date. Our collaboration with Canadian legend Ken Whiteley (an incredible musician and producer whose work has crafted 11 Gold or Platinum albums, 22 Juno nominations, 2 Juno winners and 2 Grammy nominations) resulted in 13 stellar tracks that will hopefully make a place in your ears and your heart for years.
It will be available on our website a few weeks (before the stated release date) so check in and buy at for details.
Tell you friends and neighbors too.

Kim's "Welcome Table - Mass of Spirituals" was featured at two big conferences in July and is being celebrated as a major addition to the world of choral and liturgical music. She returns to Union Theological Seminary in NYC for one more semester to teach and finish the Ph.D
that she has pursued for 14 years. She defends the dissertation later this fall... so the end is in sight!
You can purchase her mass (fabulous CD included) by visiting the GIA website at:

Kim and Reggie are honored to have been chosen as New Voices Tellers at the 40th National Storytelling Festival, October 5 - 7th in Jonesborough, TN.

And, Reggie will be leading the music component for another Living Legacy Tour sponsored by the Unitarian Universalist Association from October 8th - 14th... visiting historic and hallowed places and meeting people on the sites of the modern civil rights movement.

There are so many great events coming up!
So check our website regularly and drop us a line when you can to let us know how we can be in better touch.
Keep your spirits centered by listening to music and singing as much as possible. We are all one family....let's act with love and grace!
