Resources to help homeschoolers stay connected.
Welcome to the March issue of The Connected Homeschool Newsletter!
While we will try to stay ahead of the many events and activities for homeschoolers, there are always some that we find out about just
days before which will not make it into the newsletter in time, so please keep
checking the Home page and the Calendar page of the website for updated
If you know of an event or activity that we have not covered, please let us know
by emailing us, so we can share it with the entire homeschooling community.
If this newsletter has been forwarded to you, you can click here to sign up to get it delivered directly to your email address.
Thanks and stay happily connected!
Wise Words From a Fellow Homeschooler
By Tia Phillips
Sometimes I wonder why I do this. All the teaching and disciplining and cooking and cleaning. Some days it all seems so temporal and my soul longs for something more eternal. Then I am reminded, in the midst of this day, that mothering is Kingdom Work. That what I do, however temporal it may seem, has eternal ramifications. I am reminded that the life I pour into these souls and this home is worth the effort. That a mother chasing hearts and nourishing souls is a woman to be noticed. Not by the esteemed of this world fallen…but by the hearts of these children given. And that is reason enough.
