The Final Week is Upon us!
The news gets better and better and these email blasts continue to be one of our strongest sources of funding - thank you so much. A lot of additional information has been added to the kickstarter page but I'll try to keep you in the loop here while keeping it short...

Welcome Aboard Alex Kain!
This week we had the pleasure of announcing a new member to the Redwall project -Alex Kain.
Alex has actually been helping us in the background since we began and has proved to be a veritable encyclopedia of both gaming and all things Redwall, but his credentials come in his own words from the awesome web comic "Beyond the Western Deep"...
"A game designer and writer for HitPoint Studios (and before that, Venan Entertainment, Inc), Alex’s body of work includes the BAFTA-nominated Nintendo DS strategy titleNinjatown, the Toucharcade and Electronic Gaming Monthly iOS Game of the YearSpace Miner: Space Ore Bust, and the iOS fantasy RPG Book of Heroes. He is currently serving as the lead designer on the Windows 8-exclusive adventure series, Adera.
In 2010, he wrote and co-created the story Potential in the Eisner-award-winning and New York Times-bestselling collection Mouse Guard: Legends of the Guard Volume 1with artist Sean Rubin, and also served as co-writer and editor on the award-winning Xbox Live Arcade title, Dust: An Elysian Tail."
Alex has a long past with Redwall...and with any luck I'll get him to tell that story but suffice it to say we're ecstatic to have him come alongside.

Seen some awesome Art? Thank Jared Shear
As you know, we're honored to have the help and participation of Sean Rubin given his role as the official Redwall artist, but where he specializes in a pencil and ink illustrative style, most of the color plates we've shared (including those here) come from a fantastic artist named Jared Shear. Jared was one of the earliest contributors to this project and his art has gone a long way toward the overall emotional tone of the game. If you get the chance, reach out to Jared and let him know how his gorgeous paintings have inspired you.
Final Week Upon Us
As we're approaching the final week of this campaign, one way to really help us down the road is to keep passing the word around the interwebs. Several great sites have been gracious enough to give us some ink and we'd be much obliged if you gave them a shout out on our thanks page. This helps them as well as continues the word spreading around the world about AbbeyCraft and The Adventure Game.
