New Bronzies

Last weekend seven more Lifesavers were added to the Billy ranks as they succeeded in passing their Bronze assessment. Proud trainers, Rowan Jacob and Zac Cracknell urged them on in the hot conditions and a challenging shore break. All came through with flying colours. The new Lifesavers are: Karri Turner, Colin Callaghan, Lucy Walsh, Gavin Mortlock, Vanessa Proctor, Jody Summers and Paul Rovere.  Thanks to their committed and passionate Trainer, Rowan and to Zac and Emanuel Freer for their efforts in navigating a challenging season and being there for the club and its members.

Latest property news from our Sponsor Ray White Prestige - Palm Beach...

Ray White Now:

https://www.raywhite.com/ray-white-now/

Why are we seeing strong sales results now? Real estate markets are driven by a number of factors however the two basic fundamentals of supply (the number of total properties for sale) and demand (the number of buyers active in the marketplace) play a significant role in establishing market conditions that favour sellers or buyers. In general terms, when supply is low and demand is high, these conditions are favourable for sellers. Conversely, when supply is high and demand is low, these conditions are favourable for buyers.

House of the week

1020 Barrenjoey Road Palm Beach

Just 150m from the sandy beach and shoreline, this weekender enjoys a beautifully elevated position with some of the best Pittwater views in Palm Beach. The layout feels streamlined and highly functional with an airy, open plan design plus lofty ceilings, hardwood floors and vast expanses ofglass; it’s anchored by a contemporary CaesarStone kitchen equipped with quality Smeg appliances.

While the interiors are relaxed and inviting, it’s tempting to spend hours on the full-length deck simply
watching the sailboats pass quietly by.
Price guide $2.5m - $2.7m
