FALL INTO HOME IMPROVEMENTS

Fall crisp air is right around the corner, which means we’re getting closer to heating season.  Whether your home needs a new furnace or boiler, water heater, or you want to add insulation— now is a great time to get moving on those projects! The Midtown Phillips neighborhood has partnered with the local nonprofit, Center for Energy and Environment to provide 0% financing for your home improvement projects.

Through this partnership residents have access to loans up to $7,500. These loans have flexible terms, so monthly payments will be affordable. Most exterior, major mechanical, or energy home improvement projects are eligible. Additional financing programs are available to help with those larger projects.

To get started or for more information visit mncee.org/midtownphillips or call 612.335.5884. The Center for Energy and Environment is a Minnesota nonprofit that has been helping homeowners for over 35 years.

ST. DAVID'S CENTER IS NOW HIRING!

St. David’s Center is an exceptional preschool, children’s mental health clinic and pediatric therapy clinic—all under one roof. We provide day treatment programs for children with autism and mental health diagnoses on our Minnetonka and Minneapolis campuses. In addition, we have 31 partnership sites and offer a variety of programs throughout the Twin Cities metro area in family homes, community settings which include the Banyan Community Center, and Harman Center located at Westminster Church.

St. David’s Center is seeking to grow our workforce of mental health professionals, pediatric therapists, autism specialists, early childhood teachers, in-home support staff,  who understand the power of relationships, embrace possibility where others see obstacles, and are passionate about changing the lives of children and families.
