Update on the Springs at Farragut

Continental PropertiesContinental Properties is requesting a recommendation on the rezoning on a 19.66 acre property just north of Kingston Pike at Peterson Road at the June 18th Planning Commission meeting. Continental decided to postpone the FMPC vote to the June meeting due to the absence of some board members at the May FMPC meeting. The proposal will then be presented to the Board of Mayor and Aldermen on June 25th and again on July 9th for the final vote.

Continental Properties would like to strongly encourage the local business owners that are in support of the Springs development to attend these meetings. Please come to voice your support so that the Planning Commission Members and the Board of Mayor and Alderman can hear that the community sees the benefit of this type of development in the town of Farragut. Additional information on the proposal is available here. Please feel free to reach out to me with questions at (262) 532-9352 or

Don't have an app for your business? Not to worry...we'll create and maintain one for you for a $75/month subscription fee! Apps can be branded with your logo and can include a digital loyalty card, links to your social  media platforms and website, banner ads (for which you can charge), tickers, RSS feeds, various contact options (email, text, phone, etc.), and numerous other features.

The first 3 businesses to sign-up as a part of our Pilot launch will get their first 6 months for $50/month (a $150 savings).
