With a beautiful day forecasted for Shabbat, please join us for davening, Tot Shabbat, and a belated ice cream kiddush!
With the recent updating of CDC guidelines, we’re excited to continue to the next stage of our reopening process here at PHS. Starting this Shabbat, we’re excited to invite the whole community to come meet in Mount Prospect Park for an outdoor kiddush after davening.
Here’s how this will work:
Davening will run outdoors at our current location from 9:30am-11:30am. (Sign up here!) After shul, everyone will walk from the lot to Mount Prospect Park.
Tot Shabbat will run from 11:00 am-11:45am at Mount Prospect Park (still aimed at under-5 year olds, but hopefully we will start programming for 5-8 year olds as well. If you’d like to help organize, drop us a line!)
Starting at 11:45 am, we’ll gather at a spot near the back of Mount Prospect Park (exact location will be confirmed Erev Shabbat) for a *belated* ice cream Kiddush. If you’d like to co-sponsor, please fill out the form here and select “Community Kiddush” in the dropdown. If you’d like to sponsor an upcoming kiddush, please fill out the form here!
Join us for davening, join us for kids’ programming, or just join us for kiddush. We’d love to see your faces and start sharing as a community again!
Following recent CDC guidance, masking will not be required for fully-vaccinated individuals but we strongly recommend continued distancing as much as possible.
