Napier Port Wants To Hear Your Thoughts

Napier Port wants to talk to its neighbours about plans to construct an additional wharf to accommodate growth and is asking for your feedback.

Napier Port CEO Garth Cowie says the Port has invested more than $90M in the last three years to operate efficiently within limited space but now the only way to future-proof the Port is to make room for more ships.

“The Port is an Ahuriri business. Some of Ahuriri Business Association’s members are our importers and exporters as well as local residents. We want to hear what you think of the plan so we can understand the different perspectives of our community,” Mr Cowie says.
