We tell you what makes translations essential for your company!
Why should your company bother translating its product documentation, packaging, website, letters, emails, legal contracts and the like?
Translations must be viewed as ESSENTIAL
if your company:
* ... exports products to foreign customers in other countries,
* ... is based in a bilingual country, such as the USA (English and Spanish), Canada (English and French), Hong Kong (Chinese and English), South Africa (Afrikaans and English), etc.,
* ... provides products or services to foreign customers in another country,
* ... imports products from foreign companies in another country,
* ... conducts sales mostly through its website,
* ... needs to appear receptive to foreign people and cultures due to its business model.
If your company is aiming to win market share from your local market competitors, then communicating in the local market language makes sense. If customers see that you care enough to make the effort to interact with them in their native language, they will be more receptive to doing business with you.
The best example of that would be multi-lingual websites, as they enable companies to reach more customers online. A localized website will shorten the time to market, increase global revenue share, increase brand awareness and decrease your cost of business in the long run.
Putting together a complete strategy for your international sales is important. This starts with the translation, but obviously also includes marketing, customer service and product development. If you'd like to discuss your essential translation needs with us, please send us an email to Info@PremierFocus.com. We look forward to assisting you!
