Steve Rockwell's defeat for Senate District 21 on Tuesday was disappointing to say the least.  It wasn't because Steve and his team didn't work hard.  Young Democrats from around the State converged on Jonesboro, many of our own Young Democrats from NWA.  Volunteers knocked on countless doors and made hundreds of phone calls.  John Cooper and his radical Tea Party brethren propagated lies and misinformation about Steve.  These are thug tactics which we will see over and over again in the next 289 days.
If we band together and work hard, we can fight these opposing forces to win back the House of Representatives and key County seats in November.

Our first meeting of 2014 is tomorrow.  Join us at 6:00pm at Homewood Suites by Hilton located just off of Wedington Drive in Fayettevile- behind the Holiday Inn Express (1305 N Palak Dr).  We will have a lot to discuss including filing fees, HQ locations option and candidate update.

It's a very full weekly update, make sure you check out all the political happenings around NWA.

Democratically Yours,

Tyler B. Clark
Chair
