Road management plans

If you’re reviewing your council’s road management plans, our Road management plan guidance document will help.
 
The document was developed following a review of every Road Management Act claim received by Liability Mutual Insurance up to the publication date in November 2011. It also takes into account the practical lessons learned from those claims.

Best Practice Forum dates confirmed

Commercial Crime Workshops postponed

The 2013 Victorian Commercial Crime workshops have been postponed and will now most likely be held early next financial year. Details will be provided once they are confirmed.

Tasmanian Conference

Presentations from the MAV Insurance Conference on a range of topics including, fraud risk, event risk and emergency response are available online. Representatives from 18 councils and four water industry authorities attended the conference, which was held from 16 to 17 May.
