The height of the strings above the fret at the 12th fret is known as "action". Adjusting the action on an instrument is a common repair that a do in my shop. However, what do you do if there is not enough saddle exposed from the bridge to lower the action? In a recent Luthier Tips du Jour video I address this topic by discussing  several options and then doing the repair on a classical guitar.
Remember that all of my released Luthier Tips du Jour videos are available for free via my website on my videos page. I also have over 70 un-released Luthier Tips du Jour videos that you can view immediately for a small fee. These are available on my online courses page. I will slowly release these videos to the general public over the next several years. Why wait though? Take advantage of all the great Tips now.
