This free, family-friendly event will feature 3-D printing with Tom Hammond from Wayne College, a My Healthy Plate activity with the Aultman Orrville Hospital, kite making with the Orrville YMCA, Build and Grow with Lowes, knitting and crocheting with Warm Up America-Orrville, Bow Making with the J.M. Smucker Company Store and Cafe, a Martial Arts demonstration, quilling, crafting, coloring, hula hooping, music from the Wayne County Dulcimers, Bite Prevention with Orrville Pet Spa, and more!
Beverly Lewis Book Signing

Award-winning, bestselling author Beverly Lewis will be at OPL on Friday, April 8 to promote her new novel, The Atonement! Spring Story Time

Join us for crafts, finger plays, games, songs, and stories! A range of story time slots are available for children 9 months to 5 years old. We also offer Art in the Afternoon, a special art program designed to encourage children grades K-2 to explore art and books. Brick Builder Club

Earth Day is a celebration of our Earth which aims to raise awareness about Green Energy Initiatives and to encourage recycling and reusing.Thanks to a generous donation from Secrest Arboretum and the OARDC campus of Ohio State University, the first 50 families to come check out a book at the library on Earth Day will receive a free tree to plant! Dawn Redwoods, Japanese Tree Lilacs, and White Oaks will be available while supplies last.

The sale will be held from 9 a.m.-5:30 p.m. on Friday, May 6 and Saturday, May 7 from 10:00 a.m. until sold out. Proceeds will benefit the Library's popular Summer Reading Programs.
