Recently we welcomed Jason Burgess to the TalentConnection team!
 With extensive mid to senior level recruitment experience across a number of industry sectors which include FMCG/Consumer, Sport/Leisure, Retail, Media and Advertising, Jason has been both operationally and strategically involved in end to end recruitment activities, together with significant leadership responsibilities for the past 15 years.
Initially, commencing at Tanner Menzies (now known as ‘Ranstad’), he was part of a group who established and grew their national Sales and Marketing practice over a 10 year period, together with leading high scale performing teams.
He then moved to Ethos Corporation, where he was initially part of a “start-up” business in its first year of operation in Melbourne, and successfully assisted the organisation in building new revenue streams in the following sectors: Consumer/FMCG, Sport, Leisure and Entertainment, and in part, Retail. As a result, he was offered a leadership role as the Southern Region Director, managing a number of high performing staff for over 3.5 years, and in the past 12 months, was part of this group that produced a record result for the region. In these challenging economic times, more so within the external recruitment market, this was a terrific outcome.
Now, after serious consideration, Jason has been offered an outstanding opportunity to join as a Partner with TalentConnection, a business that the broader business community hold in high regard in relation to its knowledge and integrity as to how it operates. Being an end to end practice that includes Executive Search and Selection, Coaching/Training, Psychometric Testing, together with other outsourced HR activities, which are of genuine value to the market place, TalentConnection are well positioned, and have significant synergy with Jason’s background and skill base.
He considers his reputation has been around building long sustainable relationships, together with significant market knowledge, which has enabled him to deliver a superior service to both candidates and clients alike.
