COOL NEW THING

The West Village just got an ultra-cozy new restaurant: The Commerce Inn. While the dining room is still a work in progress, the Tavern bar is open daily at 50 Commerce St. We can’t wait to stop by for strong drinks and warm light in the darkest of winter.

WATCH 

While theaters in NYC have been officially back open for a few weeks now, Bushwick’s Syndicated will be screening a TON of holiday movies outdoors until their sidewalk screenings will wrap for the season on December 23rd. Check out this post to see upcoming movies. OH YEAH...it’s free ;-)

This weekend, Renegade Craft fair is coming to the Brooklyn Expo Center in Greenpoint! Swing by December 4 & 5 from 11-5 to shop over 150 small makers. Gifts GALORE!

Sid & Ann Mashburn Pop Ups

Hello fashionistasss xx! Our favorite Atlanta-based design duo are coming to our city for the season! Ann Mashburn’s women’s line will be available to shop at 846 Madison, while Sid Mashburn’s men’s line will be open for browsing at Suite 5101 in the Palace Hotel. Maybe next year they'll open up shop for good…

Flowers @ Brightland!

The super-cool Brightland store in Nolita will be having some very special mini bouquets available from Flowers By Ford this Saturday from 11-1. A great excuse to check out the new Elizabeth Street space and try out their unbelievably yum basil olive oil.

AIR MAIL x Alex Mill 

There will be lots of fun activations this weekend from two of our favorite brands...whose new pajama collaboration just launched! To celebrate, Air Mail will be at Alex Mill’s Soho store today and tomorrow giving out their signature jet fuel coffee and their holiday newspaper. On Sunday, December 5th, AIR MAIL Express, the mobile coffee cart we’ve previously mentioned, will be outside of Alex Mill’s new Upper East Side store at 1182 Madison Ave with a full range of espresso drinks in the works!

IXV Dog Drawings

Free dog drawings are BACK at IXV coffee in Boerum Hill. This Saturday, December 4th from 10-4 illustrator Elisha Cooper will draw your dog (or cat or kid). We can’t to see allll the pups drawn up.
Figure Drawing Galore!
Figure drawing is going down all month long at Happy Medium in Two Bridges...along with a TON of other fun events like a watercolor workshop, book club, and movie night. If you feel like getting creative as the sun starts setting at noon, check out all the December events Happy Medium has to offer here.
