At long last…ALF Bakery is open! The new artisanal bakery in Chelsea market is one we’ve been waiting for since chef Amadou Ly’s sold-out brunches at O Studio. You can expect freshly baked breads, viennoiserie, pastries, babka, and DELICIOUS sandwiches. ALF is open Wednesday – Sunday beginning at 9am!

This Saturday, April 22nd Produce Parties, a seasonal potluck party that celebrates produce at its peak, is throwing a party for Peas (yes - PEAS!) in Bushwick. Snag a ticket for a night of snacking on creative dishes, meeting new people, tasting fun beverages, and a funky afterparty called Soil Sounds with DJ Bridge. A portion of the proceeds will support Edible Schoolyard NYC.

The Standard East Village is hosting a v fun Derby watch party on Saturday, May 6 hosted by comedian Michael Stauffer. During the day there will be costume & best hat contests (in true derby fashion), bingo, horse race viewing &&& prizessss.
