Dear Friend of a Healthy & Active Life!


How are the school holidays going for you so far? 
Ours have been busy with kid's activities, yoga, relief teaching, baking, bowling, skating, pottery and beach combing.
Wanted to let you know that our yoga group classes continue throughout the school holidays.  So if you feel like a stretch & some TIME OUT, get the neighbours, friends, aunties, hubby or babysitter to mind the kids and swing yourself onto your mat, at home or HERE in the cosy studio at 40 Woolston Drive Frankston South.  View the full time-table here.

Some of you decide to not be on Facebook, so here is a snippet of what we shared there lately (I don't want you to miss out): 
Lena, a 18yo Year 12 student, has found amazing benefits in her only 5 classes "old" yoga practice, this is the testimonial she wrote on fb.

This pic of my two children and myself (hubby capably took the photo :) ) was posted to give you some inspiration to take your Yoga OFF the mat. Where there is a scenic background - there is a pose!
Sadly, I said good bye to my Wednesday night yogis & yoginis at Input Fitness. Now I can look after YOU! Yoga group class here at the sanctuary Wednesdays 7-830pm!  See you on the mat.
Reflexology Tip:
The instep or your foot relates to your digestive system (in a very general way). So if your digestion gets a bit sluggish over winter, give this area of your foot some extra attention with a massage, rolling your foot on a golf or tennis ball, or better still, book in for a Reflexology treatment!
