OK, to be straight up with you,

if you do not feel the spring energy as vibrant & energetic as everyone makes you believe, then you are not alone! What I see in yoga classes & treatments is almost the opposite. The change of season takes it's toll on our energy levels.  So it's ok if you simply dream of a spring in your step, visualize it, and it will happen!  Swing your legs up the wall in Viparita Karani and allow yourself a few deep relaxing breaths. Practice three (3) deep sighs when you feel yourself tensing up, when you feel overwhelmed, when exhaustion is near or simply at the end of a busy day.  Allow yourself some rest & relaxation. 3 sighs to the rescue!

For a longer lasting & deeper experience attend our Singing Bowl Meditation Event on Sunday 19th October.  
This event has been so popular & effective in the past that we, Melissa and I, have decided to run it again with two sessions in one day. 
You have the choice of a morning session with a 1hr YIN Yoga class followed by the 1hr meditation, or the 1hr meditation only in the afternoon.
The profound healing vibrations of metal bowls can be felt immediately. 

Everyone is welcome & no yoga nor meditation experience is needed. Sign up sheet is filling fast. If you have not enrolled yet, please reply to this email to let me know you are attending.  

Our first meditation workshop earlier this month was a booked out &very well received event. In addition to the '3 Sighs' we practiced Yoga Nidra (yogic sleep), sound meditation and 3 other techniques that have been incorporated by many into day to day life.  The next meditation is on October 5th and is already booked out.  The November session will be held on the 9th. If you are interested in a Friday evening meditation session prior to November, please let me know and I will organise a day & time.
