Our Singing Bowl meditation a few weeks back was again an amazing event. Next event in September. Date to be announced soon!

Health Tip:
This months health tip is about your home-yoga practice. I believe the biggest block in getting to the mat at home is your expectation. So please, stop and let go of any expectation regarding the length of your practice & the outcome. Start with putting aside two, YES 2, minutes! Then do your most favourite 'yoga thing', be it your favourite pose, breathing, watching the breath, mindful exercise, meditation, anything you love doing the most when in class! Yep, anything goes. Finish with Savasana & voila - your home practice accomplished! Celebrate with a hot cup of chai or better still pukka, three ginger tea :)
