Spring Inspiration, new class & format, 3 pics & a challenge!

Dear Yogis & Yoginis!
Spring, the season of aliveness & new beginnings is upon us. Harnessing this energy & listening to your requests, I have created a weekend yoga class for you! Hooray! Debut this Saturday, 21st September at 8.30am! Move your body & mind, open yourself up to new possibilities and start your weekend stretched, strengthened, detoxed and clear!  

To keep your practice varied and to embrace change in the true sense of Spring, the format of this class will be different to our other classes.  It will vary weekly between Dynamic Yoga following the Ashtanga sequence and Pilates.  Pilates classes will be taught by Diana Woelfle, who led our recent Pilates workshop. Dynamic Yoga will be taught by me. I know you will gain many benefits from those classes and am grateful to Diana for sharing her knowledge with us! Her first class is on 5th October.

Spring Challenge:
You are all keen to catch up on your NEW YEARS resolutions - right!!?? And be your best possible Self by Christmas - right?!! Right!  All achievable with our 2013 Yoga Spring Challenge. Commit to two or more classes per week for 4 weeks and create a more toned, flexible, strong, open, receptive, agile, lean & detoxed body & mind!  Simply what you deserve!  You also go into the draw for a 1hr Massage/Reflexology, a jar of home-made moisturizer or an eyepillow.   No extra fees (use your class pass), no penalties!   Sign up in class on the sheet below!

De-clutter your body & mind with our Spring Yoga Challenge!

Hahnemann Healing Tip:
Do you or someone you know suffer from negative thought patterns or negative emotions? Yes, I do too. Especially after winter these feelings can be stronger & more powerful. Hahnemann Healing is a modality that deals with healing negative thoughts and feelings. My own healing sessions have revealed a lot of anger and I realised that because anger is often caused by hurt feelings, I had accumulated many of those in my life.  Luckily I was able to appreciate the healing & let go of this deeply stored negative emotion. Read more about Hahnemann Healing here.
