Welcome to 2015!

Hello Dearest, it's great to connect again. I trust the year has started positive for you too. The vibrant energy in the studio in the last 4 weeks is highly uplifting, you need to come and catch some for yourself. Where is the Goat?

The hustle & bustle created by new yoga enthusiasts and seasoned practitioners alike at the beginning of the year is always very special to me, almost sacred. So thank you! If you are thinking of joining us on the mat again or for the first time, don't procrastinate as your favourite evening class might be booked out soon.

To serve you better and allow us both to grow in the direction we are meant to, I have put a few special classes together and created a new blog post. Read on for more info and the Goat.  You also have the pleasure to be taught by the always-smiling Jen Powell every second Saturday (830-945am) throughout 2015!

Treatments & adult yoga are back to full timetable (since 5th Jan) and kids yoga starts on Monday, 2nd February, 415-515pm.

Monthly Meditation Workshop


Our popular monthly meditation workshop will continue throughout 2015. 

The February event on Sunday 15th Feb is booked out.

The March event will be held on Sunday 15th March from 10-1130am.  Please let me know if you want to attend. This service is available to the general public. Existing students can use their class passes.

Each New Year sees us setting new goals and resolutions.

While this is common practice & a good habit to get into, our goals are often a result of the desire of our ego.

Year of the Goat & Yoga Nidra


To put your Sankalpa into practice, you're invited to attend our Yoga Nidra Meditation next Friday evening. Feb 6th, 6-7pm.

The new energies for the year arrive on February 4th, before the Chinese New Year of the Goat starts on 19th February.
