Yoga Pose to stretch & lengthen your Achilles Tendon: Utkatasana or Chair Pose
You can also roll up your mat and stand with your toes & ball of feet on rolled up mat, heels on the ground, slowly lean forward from the hips to increase the stretch. Repeat often.
Consider Reflexology & Massage to activate your body's innate healing power, and to reduce inflammation.
