Mine has been filled with treatments, lots of sleep,classical music and yoga.
As it is winter in the Southern Hemisphere, the focus of our yoga group classes has been on twists to stimulate digestion, which can become sluggish at this time of year; as well as more specific core- and backstrength to help with our posture, which also gets a bit pear-shaped in winter. New Evening Yoga Class!
Due to popular demand, I have put on another evening group yoga class: Wednesdays from 7-8.30pm. Starting on 3rd of July! Yeah!
