🔥Hootsuite dropping truth bombs. Their niche target audience knows *exactly* what it's talking about - this tweet resonated with ALOT of social media managers.

🔥 The brand's tone of voice is encouraging and comforting. It can be summed up by one of its tweets, "Tough week out there, huh? Well, keep working hard and the wins will come. We're rooting for you all 👏."

💪OOPS! The fastest auto-response ever! Pure Gym said its response to a video of the Taliban exercising, advertising its classes, was an “error”.

💎Tiffany and Co recently announced Beyoncé and Jay- Z as their ambassadors. It saw Bey become the fourth woman to ever wear the brand’s iconic Yellow Diamond necklace.

💎 Not everyone was thrilled. Fans shared their anger on social about the singer’s decision to work with the brand, amid ongoing scandals about blood diamonds and the exploitation of African workers. Tiffany's haven't said a word, but her mom did (see comment in the post).

🧀 Velveeta, a processed cheese product that tastes like American cheese, has been on a roll this month. The Twitter person behind the brand has a random, humourous and outlandish tone of voice and dialect - yet somehow manages to link content back to cheese.

🧀 Their 'ALL CAPS' shouty approach seems to have attracted the attention of other big brands and somehow makes users feel sorry for the brand persona.
