GOAT CHEESE CSA

We're teaming up with Stephanie and Mike again at M & S Farm in South Fallsburg, NY to bring you a weekly share of their fabulous raw and pastuerized goat cheeses.

HOW IT WORKS: Just like our Summer and Fall CSA, You pay for the entire Cheese CSA season up front ($100, $10 per week total), and each week you receive your share of cheese, available for pick-up at our farm. This is a perfect addition to our produce CSA!

The Summer Cheese CSA is starting June 13th and will run for ten weeks.
Each week a different cheese is given from the following varieties:

  • "Amelia": A soft fresh cheese similar to Cherve, available in plain, garlic, garlic and dill, or garlic and Sun-Dried Tomato
  • "Fergie": A creamy, crumbly Feta type cheese
  • "Diana": Soft cream cheese spread: Plain, Walnut and Raisin, or Almond and Cranberry
  • "Ruby": A small mold ripened goat cheese.
  • "Emily": Sharp Raw Aged Hard Cheese
  • "Sara's Eyes": A Swiss inspired, nutty and rich, raw aged cheese
  • "Genny": Mild Raw Aged Hard Cheese
Eat well, Enjoy Nature, Be Healthy, Live Life!
