For UI faculty and research staff:
We are pleased to inform you about the Interdisciplinary, Scalable Solutions for a Sustainable Future (ISSSF) project funding opportunity. This project, funded by the Provost Investment Fund, is primarily a seed grant program focused on sustainability science and outreach. Investigators may submit proposals for up to $40,000. We expect to fund 2-3 proposals each year for the next three years.
The proposal deadline is August 1, 2019. For guidelines and submission details, please visit our website.

"New bike lanes will now run the length of Clinton Street downtown, providing a designated area for cyclists to ride safely. Clinton Street, previously a four-lane road with two lanes for traffic in each direction, now has a single lane of traffic in each direction with a center turn lane."
