TIME SENSITIVE - Information Request for Health Center COVID-19 Vaccine Program participants only*
HRSA is conducting a review of the Health Center COVID-19 Vaccine Program to support preparedness for future public health emergency response and programmatic planning. HRSA would like to hear from program participants and supporting organizations throughout the health center network. HRSA sent an email to the Project Director identified in HRSA’s Electronic Handbooks. This email came from and has the subject line, “Your Experience with the Health Center COVID-19 Vaccine Program.” The email contains a link to the survey. Your Project Director, or a single representative from your health center, should click the link to enter your responses. DO NOT reply to the email - use the link within it to share your input. Please share your answers by 11:59 p.m. your local time on Wednesday, July 20.

The short survey asks:

  • If and how the vaccine program helped your health center/organization increase equitable access to COVID-19 vaccines;
  • Which program aspects you found helpful; and
  • Whether the vaccine program supported new or strengthened existing collaborations with public health and community partners.

If you have questions, please submit a ticket through the BPHC Contact Form or call 877-464-4772, 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. ET, Monday-Friday (except federal holidays).

Widely Used Hospital Gowns Show Signs of Exposing Workers to Infection
Kaiser Health News published an article which also ran the Scientific American article featuring a peer reviewed study on the effectiveness of disposable isolation gowns. The article then discusses the possibility that that reusable gowns may offer the same protection at a lower cost for budgets and the environment.
