Ayotzinapa: a multimedia presentation
Wednesday, July 15th 7pm
Hundreds of thousands of people across the world have taken to the streets to protest the disappearance of 43 students on from the Ayotzinapa Rural Teachers College in Guerrero, Mexico. Andalusia Knoll was one of the first international reporters to cover the students disappearances, and will present photos, videos and stories about the dignified resistance of the families of the disappeared students and the Ayotzinapa Normalistas.

Film Screening: Working Slowly (Radio Alice)
Friday, July 17th 7pm
As part of the exhibition if a song could be freedom..., we will be screening Working Slowly (Radio Alice), a film about Radio Alice, an Italian pirate radio station. Revisiting the Italy of the radical 1970s and its obsessions with class struggle, creative anarchy, and macrame ponchos, Radio Alice provides a fascinating glimpse of a time of protest.

Come work with us!
Interference Archive has co-working space available immediately, and more desks available August 1. Desks are in a naturally lit room with windows facing out at street level and adjacent to the IA exhibition space in Gowanus, Brooklyn. Spaces are in a shared work area (of four desks) and rent is $350/month including utilities and High speed internet. Current renters are artists, filmmakers, designers, and activists. Interest in engaging with IA's archival collection is a plus. Email kevin[at]justseeds[dot]org if you're interested.
