INGENIOUS SOLUTIONS FOR AUTONOMY
SEPTEMBER 2016
Antenna Foundation launches two news WATA devices for disinfection and water treatement.

THE WATA FAMILY GROWING !

The Antenna Foundation is proud to present two new products in its WATA electro-chlorinator range:
  • the WATA-Plus
  • the Midi-WATA
Both devices are now available from our online shop !

After two years of research and development, two new products have been added to the WATA range, meaning we can now offer our customers and partners solutions that are tailored to their needs on the ground.
  • For several years, Antenna has focused on programmes to provide acess to drinking water and to chlorine production in developing countries
  • These programmes have led to the creation of social enterprises using adapted, robust and affordable technology.

Antenna has broadened its product range to offer targeted solutions to meet all kinds of local structures and requirements (volume). Our field studies have shown the positive impact technology has had in hospitals and health centres.

For example, in Burkina Faso, WATA technology has already become part of the WASH environment thanks to the installation of more than 147 electrolysers by different organisations.

"There is a considerable advantage to producing chlorine locally when compared to the cost of bleach products, which are not always of suitable quality," says Pierre-Gilles Duvernay, Safe Water programme coordinator for French-speaking Africa.
