JPA Board Discusses Plan of Finance
After its January board meeting, the JPA Board participated in a workshop on the Connector Plan of Finance.  Issues discussed by the JPA Board Members centered around the additional funding required to get Connector segments into construction, including from the JPA jurisdictions.  More information about what will be required financially to get the entire 34-mile alignment into “shovel-ready” status and to get some segments constructed over the next eight years will be discussed in further detail in future JPA meetings.
