Over Under Coffee gets permission for seating in parking bay
Over Under Coffee have successfully applied for a pavement and Seasonal Highways Licence, meaning they have been able to put tables and chairs out in the parking bay on Hogarth Road next to their cafe. Ed Barry said it had "allowed them to double their seating capacity" and was going to be very important to help them make the most of the remaining summer. These options are still available to businesses who need to increase their seating capacity.

How to claim your Eat Out to Help Out vouchers
Eat Out To Help Out has come to an end, but many businesses will still be needing to make their claims from the government. If you still haven't made your claim, HMRC has published a video to show you how. 
Register Your Interest for the new grants from the GLA Growth Hub
A new grant scheme to support businesses out of the COVID-19 pandemic is being launched through the GLA's Growth Hub.

The grants will be to:
  • help businesses access professional, legal, financial, or other advice
  • or help businesses access new technology and other minor equipment to address their immediate needs in response to the impact of COVID-19. For example this might be your opportunity to set up a new table service app or digital payment mechanism
The grants are for between £1,000 and £5,000

There will be two pots:
  • One for businesses in the visitor economy
  • One for all other businesses
