🎄Merry Christmas from the Foodbank Queensland team🎄

Christmas is a time of year that reminds us of the importance of food and the profound role it plays during the holiday season. For many, it's a time of year that brings families and friends together, to give to one another, and to celebrate around a meal.

However, this festive season many will go without a Christmas meal but with the help of our many supporters, we're able to provide those in need with some needed Christmas cheer.

I personally want to thank all our donors, staff, volunteers, and partners for your contribution to help Queenslanders in need. A special thank you to everyone of you who supported your local can drive. Your generosity has made a difference to thousands of families across Queensland. With your continued support, we can bring an end to hunger in Queensland.

On behalf of the Foodbank Queensland team, thank you for your support and have a safe and happy festive season. We have big plans for 2019 and we can't wait to work with you all in the New Year to make them a reality.

Michael Rose
Chief Executive Officer, Foodbank Queensland
