Back in January, you experienced composer Michael Daugherty's incredible work American Gothic. Come back this weekend to hear another inspiring piece by Daugherty, Tales of Hemingway for solo cello and orchestra! This Grammy award-winning work follows the life and work of American literary giant Ernest Hemingway. It was written for and premiered by nationally renowned cellist Zuill Bailey, who joins us this weekend for the concerts as our soloist.
