Tip #6 Positive Self Talk
This Week our tip is to talk to yourself right!
We encourage you to be more mindful of how you talk to yourself. Would you talk to a friend or a child the way you talk to yourself on some days? We challange you this week to practice thinking good, healthy thoughts. We have all heard, " you are what we eat" and it's also true to say that "you are what you think" . Our thoughts truly do define our reality by what we think and tell ourselves. If you are focusing on negative, limiting or upsetting thoughts, you tend to become and attract more negative, angry and limited people. Focusing on what matters most and thinking positively is more than just New Age mumbo‐jumbo: happy people live longer than unhappy people! So, the choice is yours... choose wisely!!
