Hello and welcome to A.LONDON's third showcase.  It's been an exciting summer, not only have we scooped an International Property Award for Best Showhome in the Interior Design category for our St George scheme, we also hit international turf completing our first installation in Dubai plus had the honour of featuring in the inaugural edition of Accouter Design's bespoke publication featuring some of the country's finest writers and luxury brands. Now the aspiring A.LONDON design team are back to share with you their recent successes and recommendations for living a stylish 2014.

Over now to Cara who has been hand picked to lead this edition's style guide:

POSITION: Interior Designer at A.LONDON

Daniel Barbera Bronze Table

Barbera Design was established in 2004 by Daniel Barbera. Specialising in Australian made furniture, Berbera works with old industrial processes fused with modern technology and craftsmen to deliver timeless quality furniture.

432 Park Avenue

432 Park Avenue is the address of the New York skyline’s newest ornament and is the tallest residential tower in the western hemisphere.

Designed by Rafael Viñoly, the stunning tower situated in the centre of Manhattan will set Cara back $82.5 million!

Newman Street Tavern

Cara’s country escape can be found on a corner in London overlooking a dusty building site just north of Oxford Street.

It’s a place where the choice of ingredients flows with the seasons, where you feel nature and your appetite working as one and as with any serious country pub, it’s the kind of place where you could misplace a whole afternoon. The best thing about it? You don’t have to wade out into the country to find it.

White Lyan

it was stated that Mr Lyan (Ryan Chetiyawardana) created arguably one of the most inventive cocktail menus in the world.

This place is cool, the cocktails grouped as vegetal, cereal, mineral and floral are incredible and the creative menu was impressive but not in a pretentious way.

The décor was a bit wacky and had a kind of David Collins feel so she gave it a 10 out of 10!

Christian Laboutin Rouge Nail Lacquer

While staring at the prototype, Christian Laboutin saw his assistant painting her nails at her desk next to him. He sponteneously grabbed the nail polish and proceeded to paint the sole of the shoe. He liked it and the signature red sole was born!

Now for £36 Cara has Laboutin fingers!
It takes approximately 6 seconds for a buyer or tenant to decide if they like a property and only 10% of buyers can visulise a property's potential.

This is Cara's pick of our best and most recent Dress to Sell and Dress to Let projects which have maximised the marketing potential of each property:
Stay tuned for future showcases from our aspiring team of creatives:
